1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and me778.club ("me778," "we," "us," or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the me778 online gaming platform, including all games, services, promotions, and features available at https://me778.club.

1.2 By creating an account, depositing funds, claiming a bonus, or otherwise accessing any part of the me778 platform, you expressly accept these Terms in their entirety. Acceptance is effective from the moment of registration and continues for the duration of your use of the platform.

1.3 These Terms should be read in conjunction with me778's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary policy, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise stated.

2. Eligibility

2.1 To register and use the me778 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

2.2 By registering, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the above eligibility criteria. me778 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active me778 account at any time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, me778 may close all accounts associated with the same individual and forfeit any balances therein.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. me778 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized account access attributable to your failure to maintain credential security.

3.4 KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal, me778 will require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID (Passport, SSS card, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID). This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and applicable anti-money-laundering regulations.

3.5 Account Notification. You must notify me778 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to, or suspicious activity in, your account. Prompt notification enables me778 to take protective measures; delays may limit our ability to remedy the situation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Currency. All transactions on me778 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No currency conversion fees are charged on standard deposits or withdrawals through supported PHP payment channels.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. me778 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and select over-the-counter channels. me778 reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue payment methods at any time.

4.3 Deposit Processing. GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your me778 wallet instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfers are typically credited within 15–30 minutes during standard banking hours. me778 is not responsible for delays attributable to the payment provider or banking institution.

4.4 Withdrawal Requirements. Withdrawals are subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; (c) a minimum withdrawal amount as specified in the cashier; and (d) anti-money-laundering screening as required by Philippine law.

4.5 Withdrawal Timelines. Standard GCash withdrawals process within 30 minutes. Bank withdrawals may take up to 3 business hours. During periods of high volume or where additional verification is required, processing times may be extended. me778 will communicate delays via your registered account email.

4.6 Same-Method Policy. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to applicable limits and channel availability.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 All bonuses, free spins, and promotional offers available on me778 are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, and expiry dates.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before they may be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements before withdrawal will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and any winnings derived from those bonus funds.

5.3 Abuse and Exploitation. me778 prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: (a) registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; (b) using low-variance betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk; (c) coordinating with other players to meet promotional criteria artificially. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and bonuses forfeited.

5.4 me778 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is changed after a player has already claimed it, existing claims will be honoured under the original terms where reasonably practicable.

6. Gameplay Rules and Technical Issues

6.1 All games on me778 use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are not influenced by the platform, by previous results, or by bet size. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during a game round, the outcome of that round may be voided and any bet placed during the malfunction will be refunded to your wallet. me778 is not liable for losses caused by technical failures on your end, including device failure or internet disconnection.

6.3 Disputes. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the Platform's server records will be treated as the definitive record of game events. Players must raise game disputes within 72 hours of the disputed event by contacting me778 support.

7. Prohibited Conduct

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on me778 and will result in immediate account suspension and possible referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, or fraud.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any activity prohibited under the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (AMLA).
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise platform security.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• Providing false identity documentation or impersonating another individual.
• Creating accounts on behalf of third parties or allowing third parties to use your account.

7.2 me778 reserves the right to report any suspected criminal activity to the Philippine National Police, PAGCOR, or the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 me778 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimizing gambling-related harm. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings.
• Loss Limits: Configure maximum allowable losses over defined time periods.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automated reminders when your session exceeds a pre-set duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict account access for a defined number of days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude your account from all me778 services. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and are binding for a minimum period as specified at the time of request.

8.2 Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before becoming active — this is a deliberate measure to prevent impulsive increases during losing sessions.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on me778.club — including but not limited to the site design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, and software — is the intellectual property of me778 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of platform content without prior written consent from me778 is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, me778 shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform; (b) losses resulting from internet connectivity failures, device failures, or third-party service outages; (c) any failure to comply with these Terms on the part of the player.

10.2 me778's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit me778's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 me778 may suspend or terminate your account with immediate effect and without prior notice if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) me778 is required to do so by PAGCOR or any competent regulatory authority; (c) me778 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the platform.

11.2 Upon termination for breach, any balance in your account may be forfeited at me778's discretion, subject to applicable regulatory requirements. Where termination occurs for reasons other than player breach (e.g., platform discontinuation), any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

11.3 You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting me778 support. Voluntary closure does not affect the resolution of any pending transactions or disputes.

12. Amendments to These Terms

12.1 me778 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent notice on the platform not less than 7 days before taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

12.2 Your continued use of the me778 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

13.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and applicable PAGCOR regulations.

13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through me778's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
